Editor
There is one editor for the site and they are appointed by the Governing Council. They are accountable for the structure of the site and the layout and content of each page. This is currently Mike Callen.
Content Management
A 'Content Manager' has been designated for each page and they are responsible for the relevance, currency and accuracy of the content on that page. The Content Manager and the date that the content was last updated is shown at the foot of each page. The Content Manager for a page is the only person authorised to 'Publish' from the 'test' site to the 'live' site for that page. We have a very decentralised editorial process and the Content Manager is able to make any changes to their pages from anywhere at anytime. Families are encouraged to directly speak to the relevant content manager to have the pages developed to meet their needs.
Content
Content is only entered once onto the site. If the same content is referred to elsewhere on the site then that is to be linked and not copied.
The latest version of each form used by the community is one a single page called 'Forms'. Where any other page on the site refers to a form, there is instead a link to the 'Forms' page.
