The school is an accredited provider of International Education Services (CRICOS Provider Number: 00018A) and we currently host a number of students from overseas.   Through this program overseas students are able to spend up to two years living in Australia and being educated in an Australian school.

The inclusion of these students in our school population is of benefit to both the overseas and local students and staff as:
  • The overseas students learn in a culturally diffrerent setting whilst also acquiring knowledge and an understanding of the Australian lifestyle.
  • Local students and staff gain an insight into other cultures and countries.
  • All students are able to develop friendships with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds, developing harmony and inter-cultural understanding.
  • All students are assisted in developing an international perspective in their thinking about the world.
The International Student Program in South Australian Government Schools comes under the authority of The Commonwealth Government. The guiding act is the ESOS (Education Services for Overseas Students an overview can be found here.  More information on the South Australian program can be found on the South Australian Department of Education and Children's Services website.
