The Rose Park Primary School 'Out-of-School-Care program strives to offer the local community and surrounding areas with a safe, caring and ever-changing atmosphere, by providing children with social, physical and creative play experiences. 

In July 2009, our Director Alicia Flowers was awarded the Out-of-School-Hours Care Association of Souh Australia award for "Director of the Year" - a well deserved award for her dedication and hard work.

Service Times

OSHC is open  Monday to Friday (service closed on all Public Holidays) as follows: OSHC Rules OSHC kids rules

Before School – 7:40am to 8:40am

  • Breakfast is provided from 7.40am-8.30am.

After School – 3:30pm to 6:00pm

  • Each day at After School care chldren are provided with a healthy and nutrious snack for afternoon tea. Every afternoon tea begins with a healthy serve of fruit and is followed by a range of different snacks such as, home-made pizzas, lasagnes, chow mein, sandwiches and pin wheels just to name a few. Active after

Active After School sport is also an intergral part of our program. Children are provided with the opportunity to particiapate in a wide varity of sports for an hour each afternoon on any three of our chosen days of the week.

Capoeira- Wednesday Afternoon  Multi Skill Fun Friday Afternoons martial artsGymnastics

 

 

Pupil Free Days – 8.00am to 6.00pm

  • We have two pupil free days coming up in term 3, the dates are as follows Friday 13th August 2010 ( Week 4 ) and Friday 3rd of September 2010 ( Week 7 ), the full day care will include an excursion. If you are interested in making a booking please place your name on the booking sheet located on the OSHC signing desk. Please be reminded the service must have a minimum of 25 bookings to ensure service viability, please come and see one of our friendly staff for further details.

Vacation Care - 8:00am to 6:00pm

  • All children are required to supply a water bottle, a broad-brimmed hat and recess and lunch each day the attend Vacation Care.  Lunch is only provided on days that specify "Lunch is on us".  OSHC will provide a healthy snack for afternoon tea and breakfast is available on request from 8am- 8.30am.
  • The School Holiday Program is available to download at the end of Week 7 each term for the upcoming School Holidays. Please be reminded all bookings require a completed permission sheet and a $40 deposit per child.

Enrolment & Fees

Photo - View of OSHCFees are charged for all types of care and debt collection action will be taken to recover any unpaid fees. 
There is a once-off registration fee of $15.00 per child for each new enrolment. 
 As at 26 Jan 2010 the fees are:
  • * Before School: $6.00
    * After School: $15.00
    * Pupil Free Day: $40.00
    * Vacation Care Day: $40.00
    * School Sports Prac: $13.00


 

Payments can be made in OSHC by Cash, Cheque, or Credit Card.
